Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch, and payment gateway charges of 2.5% will be deducted from the order amount. After the deduction, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days.

Return Policy

• We offer a 3-day return policy applicable only in the case of product damage issues.
• To initiate a return, you must provide an unboxing video as proof of damage. Returns without an unboxing video may be rejected.
